Key Responsibilities:

Essential qualifications include a solid grasp of nursing practices and patient care standards, alongside familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and hospital protocols. Proficiency in medical terminology, with an emphasis on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management, is required.

Strong analytical skills are crucial for effective problem-solving and critical thinking. Basic computer literacy is expected, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, information security, scheduling and payroll systems, electronic medical records, and email communication.

Requirements:

Mandatory: Valid RN license, BLS certification (AHA) or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Education & Experience: Graduate from an accredited nursing program with a specialization in nursing and a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
