Seasonal Grain Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Seasonal Grain Operations Specialist to join our team in Mahnomen, Minnesota. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading grain products on trains and trucks, probing and grading grain, and performing maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading grain products on trains and trucks
  • Probing and grading grain
  • Performing maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
  • Preparing trucks and railcars for loading/unloading
  • Loading and unloading agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks
  • Conducting and recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
  • Maintaining quality of inventory
  • Delivering products to customer sites
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations. You should be able to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile. Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs, and bins is also required.
