**Responsibilities:**

* Fill prescription items, packaging medications for dispensing and delivery, meeting accuracy and productivity standards
* Label products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels
* Participate in periodic inventory of the pharmacy
* Check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves, and remove out-of-date items
* Prepare medications, including emulsions, liquids, powders, and ointments
* Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner
* Process returned medications for credit or destruction
* Assist in training new employees

**Requirements:**

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a pharmacy setting and with medical terminology
* Ability to operate a computer and recognize medications
* Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and effective oral communication
* Pharmacy Technician license
