Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our Penn Medicine OnDemand (PMOD) team as a remote primary care provider. The successful candidate will work across a blend of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, providing on-demand primary care services to patients of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS).
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services to patients of all ages
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices
- Graduate of a NLN-approved school of nursing
- Completion of an approved Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner program with a MSN in Family Medicine, Adult Primary Care, or Adult-Gero Primary Care
- Requires National Board Certification
- Requires Child Protection Clearances
- Requires active nursing license, both Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland
