About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality patient care and services in our outpatient clinic. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with a range of conditions, from musculoskeletal injuries to neurological disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and modalities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to achieve treatment goals.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
