Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with physical functioning disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
- Provide skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
- Assess and document patient's progress and communicate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.
- Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.
- Provide input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or similar settings.
- Competitive pay rates ($34-$39) dependent on experience.
