Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Leisure Care. As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for daily food production, preparing a variety of menu items, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our residents.

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including soups, salads, and entrees.
• Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet the needs of our residents.
• Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• 1-2 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures.
