Job Overview:
Clean and maintain facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment. As a Day Porter, you will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. You will also take out the trash from common areas, offices, restrooms, and locker rooms.

About the Job:
This is a full-time/part-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable operating cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Take out the trash from common areas, offices, restrooms, and locker rooms
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Clean all areas of the restrooms
- Shine up glass surfaces
- Restock paper products and soap dispensers
- Disinfect high-touch areas
- Tidy up common areas and wipe down countertops and equipment
- Spot clean walls, baseboards, and doors as needed
- Restock and maintain the coffee and snack bar

Requirements:
- Must be able to speak English
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Comfortable operating cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 pounds)

Estimated Salary:
$16/hour
