Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect vehicles, equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff, and able to lift and move 70lbs.
