Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Ambulatory OB Clinic team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and efficient age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process.
  • Function in accordance with the professional standards of the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  • Complete and submit required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deliver effective relationship-based nursing care that prioritizes patient needs and promotes positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the advancement of nursing practice within the organization.
  • Assume leadership roles that promote optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
Additional Requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all policies and standards related to patient care and confidentiality.
  • Participate in annual training and adhere to the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures related to Protected Health Information (PHI).
