Job Description
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties inside office buildings and maintain landscaping onsite
  • Operational Support: Assist with site operations as needed, under the supervision of a senior team member
  • Litter Control: Ensure onsite roads and surrounding areas remain litter-free
Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Comfortable working in all-weather conditions
  • Schedule Flexibility: Available to work every other Saturday and willing to take on overtime assignments
  • Communication Skills: Excellent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Organization: Organized and motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
