**Job Summary**

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Wastewater Treatment Specialist** to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our anaerobic and aerobic wastewater treatability studies, as well as conducting in-house pilot studies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Analyze with Precision:** Characterize wastewater, solids, and sludge samples using advanced wet chemistry methods, including COD, Suspended Solids, Kjeldahl Nitrogen, Ammonia, Phosphate, and Sulfate. Utilize Gas Chromatography for Volatile Fatty Acid analysis.
  • **Innovate in the Lab:** Set up and operate various treatability studies, ensuring meticulous execution and insightful analysis.
  • **Follow SOPs:** Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures with precision, ensuring the accuracy of all analytical results.
  • **Drive Improvement:** Make informed decisions to boost productivity and contribute to ongoing improvements in water treatment processes.

**Core Requirements:**

  • **Educational Background:** An associates degree in chemistry or chemical technology is desired; a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Sciences is preferred.
  • **Experience:** 2 - 5 years of experience in water/wastewater analysis or wet chemistry.
