Job Summary

JobsRUs is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team in a dynamic production environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of equipment operating and kitting duties to ensure high-quality product production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including scales, bottle fillers, and pumps, to assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications, and report any quality issues to supervisors.
  • Work from verbal and written instructions, and use measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerances.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, follow, and understand operating procedures.
  • Basic math skills and ability to count to large numbers without error.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 35 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work a full shift in a designated operation within the assigned manufacturing area.
