Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge/King of Prussia. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, processing payments, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, and credit
  • Complete end-of-day activities, including posting charges to accounts and running night audit backup
  • Count bank at end of shift and secure bank
  • Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, and inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all materials prior to use
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Less than 1-year related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • License or Certification: None
