Position Overview

Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is actively looking for a Customer Service Representative to enhance our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle service inquiries through various communication channels including phone and email.
  • Track and update work order statuses, ensuring customers are informed throughout the process.
  • Assign and manage technician schedules for service requests, utilizing call history to prevent redundancy.
  • Respond to urgent service requests during off-hours as necessary.
  • Review completed service reports and forward them to the billing department.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Strong leadership qualities, along with excellent customer service and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and general internet navigation.
  • Experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
