About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Algonquin Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bar.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu and make recommendations to guests
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to create innovative and delicious cocktails
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
