Medical Professional Sought for Progressive Care Unit Role in Arizona

We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a 13-week contract position in Sun City, Arizona. This role will involve working in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) of a local healthcare facility, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the medical team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Job:
Job Summary:
- Work as a Registered Nurse in the PCU of a busy healthcare facility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
- Collaborate with the medical team to deliver evidence-based practice and achieve positive patient outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address these needs
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring safe and effective care delivery
3. Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care and promote smooth transitions between departments
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Arizona or ability to obtain
- 12 hours of night shifts per week
- Travel experience preferred but not required
