Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Dundalk, MD. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing therapy and assessments for students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Treat Students: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop personalized treatment plans to address these challenges.
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community stakeholders to create tailored IEPs that promote academic success and improve communication skills.
  • Provide Direct and Indirect Therapy Services: Offer both direct and indirect therapy services to meet the diverse needs of students, including group and individual sessions.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Hold an active or pending Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland and prefer ASHA certification.
  • Experience: While experience in a school setting is a plus, we welcome candidates from various backgrounds who can demonstrate their passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
