- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, restock shelves, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
