Bartender/Barista at Wallingford

We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Barista to join our team at Tutta Bella, a restaurant that embodies the spirit of Neapolitan cuisine and culture. As a Bartender/Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests, while upholding the high standards of our restaurant.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso drinks, cocktails, and wine.
• Develop a deep understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Work collaboratively with the dining room team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

• 2 years of experience making and serving alcoholic beverages.
• 1 year of experience making and serving espresso coffee beverage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
