Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Supplemental Health Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one therapy sessions to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

As a Physical Therapist with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, each with their own unique needs and goals. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized treatment plans that address the patient's specific needs and help them achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
