Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sonographer I-Vascular to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasound technology and be able to perform various sonography studies per protocol and as ordered by the provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares and performs various sonography studies per protocol and as ordered by the provider.
  • Processes studies to include preparation for interpretation by the physician and a preliminary test result.
  • Provides patient care in accordance with the standards of care specific to age and the individuals' needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of or currently enrolled in an allied health program is required.
  • Associates degree in allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is preferred.
  • Experience in ultrasound/sonography preferred.
  • Certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from the American Registry of Diagnostic Sonographers (ARDMS) or a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Physical Requirements

Allied Health professionals must be able to lift, stand, and move with ease in a fast-paced environment.
