Job Title: Travel ICU Nurse

Focus Staff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel ICU Nurse to join our team. As a Travel ICU Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing top-notch care to patients in need.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Travel ICU Nurse to work in West Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting and be able to work 36 hours per week, 12 hours per shift, nights. The contract length is 13 weeks, with a start date of 11/11/2024.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform various medical procedures, such as inserting IVs and catheters
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in an ICU setting, 2 years preferred
  • Valid CA RN License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS
  • Eligible to work in the United States
