We are seeking an experienced Yard Hostler to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a Yard Hostler, you will be responsible for operating a yard goat/yard mule to move trailers within our yard, as well as transporting trailers between yards for our global supply chain logistics company.

• Operate a yard goat/yard mule to move trailers within the company's yard
• Transport trailers between yards
• Perform blindside backing maneuvers within tight spaces
• Transfer trailers between docks, swapping empty trailers with loaded ones
• Conduct thorough pre and post-trip inspections, ensuring safety measures like wheel chocking are followed
• Handle 50-75 trailer moves per shift in a fast-paced environment

• No more than 3 moving violations and accidents in the past 3 years
• A valid driver's license is required
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable yard hostler experience preferred
• Must be at least 23 years old
