Buscamos un Gerente General apasionado que se una a nuestro equipo en Bojangles. Como líder de equipo, será responsable de liderar a su equipo para brindar a nuestros clientes la experiencia más excepcional en hospitalidad del sur.
Responsabilidades- Liderar a su equipo para mantener una cultura centrada en el cliente.
- Desarrollar y liderar un equipo que impulsa el tráfico, las ventas y la rentabilidad en nuestros restaurantes.
- Garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes y empleados.
- Buscar activamente oportunidades de crecimiento o tareas para el desarrollo de su equipo.
- Comunicarse de manera efectiva y oportuna con todos los clientes (internos y externos).
- Tener un papel activo con todos los nuevos miembros del equipo.
- Demstrar efectivamente nuestros Principios Culturales en cada interacción.
- Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión.
- 18 años o más.
- Capaz de leer, escribir y hablar inglés.
- Deber poseer una licencia de conducir válida y acceso a un transporte confiable.
- Disponible para trabajar en cualquier turno, 7 días a la semana, con una semana laboral requerida de 50 horas.
- Experiencia previa en supervisión con mentalidad de coaching.
- Experiencia previa en onboarding con empleados de todos los niveles.
- Experiencia previa en Microsoft Office.
- Experiencia previa en manejo de efectivo y depósitos bancarios.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y liderar equipos en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Capacidad para agacharse, pararse, arrodillarse con frecuencia levantando 25 + libras.
