Mainline Information Systems is seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to join our team. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements with customers and vendors. The successful candidate will have ownership of identifying legal and business risks to the organization.
About the Role- Review and draft master agreements and transactional contracts involving equipment sales and IT professional services, software licenses, and subscription-based offerings.
- Ensure contractual terms and conditions are consistent with established company policy and risk profile.
- Provide legal/risk summaries, draft corporate policies, and participate in other projects as directed.
We are looking for a skilled Transaction Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of contracting and negotiation concepts, practices, and procedures.
Additionally, the successful candidate must be well organized, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills.
