Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barback to join our team at Spearmint Rhino. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar area, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bartender in maintaining a well-stocked bar, including ice, glassware, and mixers.
  • Keep the bar area clean and organized, including regular cleaning of glassware and service areas.
  • Restock bottled products, mixers, and garnishes as needed.
  • Change kegs and empty trash regularly to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card upon hire.
  • Previous experience assisting bartenders or providing cocktail service is a plus.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
