Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Grand Junction, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients regain mobility and improve their overall function.
About the Position:This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a collaborative and supportive environment that promotes professional growth and patient well-being. About the Role:- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to address a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to ensure coordinated care.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Colorado.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered).
- Strong manual therapy skills and experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $88,000 - $104,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
