Job Summary

As a Tower Foreman at MasTec Communications Group, you will lead the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals. You will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
  • Oversee daily operations and quality of work
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Provide leadership and guidance to crew members
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans and safety manuals
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
