Job Summary:The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room. This includes assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong commitment to patient safety.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients before, during, and after surgery to identify potential complications and develop a plan of care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of experience in an acute care surgery setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
- Weekly pay and direct deposit.
- Full coverage of all credentialing fees.
- Private housing or housing allowance.
- Group Health insurance for you and your family.
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
