Position Overview:
As a Hospice Registered Nurse at Talbot Hospice, you will be essential in providing comprehensive and holistic care to patients and their families.

Conduct thorough assessments of patients and create personalized care plans.
Oversee and manage the overall care delivery, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Provide skilled nursing care, including symptom management and pain relief.
Educate patients and families about the hospice philosophy and available care options.
Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in a healthcare setting, and one (1) to two (2) years of recent experience in hospice or home care.
Current Registered Nurse RN Licensure in the State of Maryland and CPR certification.Excellent observational, verbal, and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist.
Must possess a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle that meets state or organizational requirements and is in good working condition.
