Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at UofL Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in the NICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associates's degree from accredited college or University
