Job Summary

Pact is seeking a highly skilled Senior Officer, Financial Planning and Analysis to drive improvements in FP&A financial processes and support the budget and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and distribute accurate and timely internal financial reports and management dashboards to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to cost center owners and project leaders to support their organizational goals.
  • Support the annual budget process by working with the FP&A team to roll out all tools as needed and then working with cost center owners to ensure accurate and timely budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct analysis and create financial models as needed.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including completing all compliance training topics by the deadline.
Requirements
  • Master's degree with six (6) years work experience or bachelor's degree with at least eight (8+) years work experience.
  • Experience with financial software including Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Demonstrated management experience and working across functional teams.
  • Proven critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and cross-cultural skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating with international field offices.

The salary for this position is determined based on a wide variety of factors including but not limited to an individual's skill sets, experience, training, certifications, education, as well as business needs and internal equity. At Pact, employees are typically not hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are made based on the aforementioned circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-104,600.
