Job Summary:

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Preservation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Family Preservation Services Program, you will work with children and families to provide trauma-informed therapy and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family therapy in-home, school, and community settings.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based assessments and collaborate with public and private agencies.
  • Support families in crisis with 24-hour on-call rotation and interventions.
  • Ensure timely documentation for client case records and reports.
  • Coordinate long-term service needs with Behavioral Health and other staff.
  • Utilize technology to maintain electronic client files and data.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • BSRB licensure required (LMSW, LMLP, LMFT, LCP, LPC); clinical licensure preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with children and families in behavioral/emotional support.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
  • Ability to develop client-focused interventions and manage multiple cases.
