As a leading Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital system, our mission is to deliver outstanding care to patients with complex medical needs. We achieve this through a collaborative and interdisciplinary team approach, placing our nursing staff at the forefront of patient care.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):- Performing thorough patient evaluations
- Administering care and managing patient conditions, including monitoring vital signs, lab results, and medications
- Coordinating with Physicians and various healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient management
- Supporting medical staff during in-house procedures
- Engaging and communicating effectively with patients' families
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in a hospital setting, preferably in acute care or LTAC
- Ability to quickly assess patients in emergency situations within high-pressure environments
- Exemplary professional demeanor with a compassionate approach
