Survey Manager Opportunity

Michael B. Schorah and Associates, Inc., a leading engineering, surveying, and land development consulting firm in West Palm Beach, Florida, is seeking a highly skilled Survey Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage office and field crew staff, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of common survey types, including plat, boundary, topographic, route, tree/vegetation, legal/sketches, easements, record drawing, construction, and more.
  • Collaborate with field associates and drafting personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct quality assurance/quality control field reviews, and provide training to staff.
Requirements:
  • State of Florida PSM license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Strong understanding of the surveying and mapping industry for design and construction work.
  • Proficiency in AutoCad and basic Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Drug-Free Workplace.
