Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Accept drink orders from guests or servers Serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner, verifying identification, and complying with all relevant service policies Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and company guidelines Input drink orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments Accurately complete necessary reports Manage bar inventory by ordering or requisitioning beverages and supplies Clean and organize bar equipment and stock Perform opening, closing, and side work tasks as assigned Prepare and restock garnishes and appetizers as needed Undertake additional duties as requiredRequired Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old. One to two years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Strong guest service skills, with the ability to follow the Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards. Ability to complete mandatory pre-employment alcohol service training. Basic math skills for accurately entering customer orders in the POS system. Familiarity with standard drink recipes and various alcohol brands. Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and accurately take beverage orders.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift. Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times.Shift Information
