Job Summary

The Learning Experience #235 is seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team of dedicated educators. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for young learners.

About the Job

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and committed to helping children learn and grow. As a Learning Facilitator, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and provide exceptional care to our students.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our curriculum and develop engaging lesson plans to promote learning and growth
  • Provide exceptional care to our students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive working environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ECE coursework preferred
  • Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role
