Salary: $49,543 - $64,900 annually

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Nutritionist to join our team of healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nutrition assessments using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) model, including nutrition-focused physical exams. The Healthcare Nutritionist will also participate in reviewing class sessions and outcomes every six months throughout the duration of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments using the NCP model.
  • Participate in reviewing class sessions and outcomes every six months.
  • Complete bi-annual DSME Program reports and convey results to the Risk Management committee and Executive leadership.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
  • At least three years of dietetic experience in a clinical setting.
  • Completed state-approved certification program for a Registered Dietitian or Certified Diabetic Educator.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support techniques.
