Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed therapist or social worker to join our team in Lake Forest. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (e.g. MSW, LSW, LPC, MFT, LCPC, LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, LSW, PhD, PMHNP)
  • Current licensure or certification as a therapist or social worker
  • Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours)
  • Weekend availability (one weekend shift per week for the first year of employment)
  • Experience with counseling and a strong understanding of mental health principles
