Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide contract services to a preschool in a school near Newport Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with preschool students.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy: Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and provide individual and group therapy sessions to address these needs.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, and present them to parents, school administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, nurses, and administrators on speech and language concerns, and collaborate with them to develop strategies to support students.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records for all students on the caseload, and provide regular progress reports to parents.
  • Caseload Management: Organize and manage the student caseload, and develop a schedule for each assigned school.
Requirements
  • California SLP License: Must hold a valid California Speech-Language Pathology license.
