About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Medford, Massachusetts.

This is an ongoing opportunity for a 32-hour per week position with a shift of 8 hours.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the maintenance of a safe and organized unit environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Establish therapeutic relationships with patients, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Participate in patient rounds and teams, and complete patient care assignments.
  • Identify patient behaviors that contribute to the development of a crisis, and utilize non-verbal and verbal techniques to de-escalate crisis situations.
  • Communicate changes in patient status to the Registered Nurse, and follow Standards of Care and protocols for assigned patients.
