Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including the interior and perimeter, to identify potential security risks and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Incident Response: Handle incidents and emergencies, such as fires, safety hazards, and threats to life and property, in a calm and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, colleagues, and partners, including assisting with door lock problems and responding to security-related inquiries.
  • Lost and Found: Receive, record, and store lost and found items, and respond to inquiries from guests regarding the status of their lost items.
  • Escort Services: Escort guests and colleagues to parking lots, guest floors, and other areas of the hotel as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of previous customer service experience required. Prior law enforcement and/or military experience preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Works, CPR Certification, and/or First Aid Training preferred. Hotel luxury security experience preferred.
