Project Coordinator Manager Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Manager to facilitate the management of engine performance and validation testing across multiple teams.
The incumbent will play a crucial role in orchestrating work allocation, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and generating essential reports to support customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Task Management:
- Collaborate with various teams to outline testing tasks for each test cell.
- Add and organize tasks for new testing assignments.
- Establish and maintain predecessor/successor relationships for task dependencies.
- Manage the allocation and reassignment of existing tasks across different test cells.
- Reporting:
- Generate a variety of reports to provide insights into project progress and resource utilization.
- Process Adherence:
- Ensure strict adherence to existing processes governing project coordination and management.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 2-4 years of Project management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project for task management, including adding tasks and editing predecessor/successor relationships.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage simultaneous projects and tasks.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in project execution.
- Willingness to follow established processes and protocols.
- Onsite availability to facilitate seamless coordination with project teams.
Nice-to-Have / Strongly Prefer:
- Experience in project management within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Familiarity with MS Project Center (e.g., Project Online) for enhanced project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of utilizing Custom Fields in MS Project for tailored project tracking.
- Understanding of Waterfall methodology and duration-based planning for project execution.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $35.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
