Position Summary:

We are in search of licensed healthcare professionals to administer vaccinations at various clinics. Once onboarded, our team members can conveniently schedule their assignments at clinics within their vicinity through our user-friendly scheduling platform. Comprehensive training on LabCorp protocols is provided prior to clinic engagements.

Team members will be responsible for the effective setup, management, and dismantling of clinics while ensuring compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities also include managing clinic supplies, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely submission of documentation and any unused materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer vaccinations in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor individuals during the vaccination process and address any adverse reactions as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure participant comfort.
  • Receive and transport all clinic supplies, including vaccines, to and from the site.
  • Oversee clinic setup and cleanup operations.
  • Perform necessary administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Ensure prompt return of participant PHI and post-clinic documentation.
  • Timely return of unused clinic supplies.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid license (RN, LPN, LVN, NP, PA, or Registered Pharmacist) in the state of vaccination administration.
  • At least one year of experience in vaccination administration.
  • Proficient in measuring blood pressure.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Willingness to manage clinic supplies effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic skills in using tablets and computers.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift between 15 to 30 pounds occasionally.

Compensation:

Hourly wage ranges from $30 to $37, based on experience and qualifications.
