About the Role

The Clinic Director will be responsible for developing and growing our outpatient physical therapy clinic, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and measurable outcomes. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of strategic planning, marketing, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive clinic growth and success
  • Lead a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and productivity
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue cycle management teams to promote the clinic and ensure accurate billing and reimbursement
  • Stay up-to-date with ever-changing healthcare laws and policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a physical therapist, with a track record of exceptional patient care
  • A passion for education and training, with a desire to continue growing as a physical therapist
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a positive and respectful work environment
