About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for working in a fast-paced retail environment to provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders and select merchandise to fulfill customer requirements
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the salesfloor and stockroom areas
  • Meet productivity and sales targets through efficient use of time and resources

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Salary Information: This role offers a competitive hourly rate between $14 and $26 per hour, based on experience and location.
