About Peoplelink Staffing Solutions:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining personnel and medical files for active and terminated employees;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and assistance to employees and visitors to the HR department as needed;
  • E nsuring compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, and FLSA);
  • Developing and executing site/region level strategies to improve Organizational health and culture;
  • Serving as a backup for the payroll coordinator;
  • Compiling, reconciling, and validating completeness of daily time reporting in adherence with Company policy and government requirements;
  • Monitoring and reporting on timing reporting compliance;
  • Providing system support to operations on time reporting and compliance;
  • Analyzing time reporting for accuracy;

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Persons;
  • High School Diploma required;
  • Associates in the field of business administration, finance, or human resources preferred;
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment;
  • Office experience required - manufacturing experience a plus;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
