  • Process checks and cash deposits, verifying amounts and endorsements.
  • Disburse cash and checks after confirming customer identities and account balances.
  • Record transactions using the Integrated Teller system and provide customers with receipts.
  • Implement holds on accounts for uncollected funds as necessary.
  • Conduct daily ATM balancing and cash ordering.
  • Ensure accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each day, reconciling with system data.
  • Promote and sell financial products, including money orders and official checks.
  • Manage deposits and cash counts for automated teller machines and night depositories.
  • Process loan payments and assist with vault operations.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with the public.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teller training is advantageous.
