Overview:

Cleveland Play House (CPH), a prominent theater organization, is in search of a Director of Finance to become an integral part of its distinguished leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions to ensure the ongoing success and viability of CPH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial reporting and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
  • Lead the budgeting process and conduct variance analysis
  • Oversee cash flow management and accounts receivable/payable
  • Provide guidance to the finance team and improve internal communication
  • Collaborate with auditors and various committees
  • Ensure compliance and reporting for grant funds

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial analysis
  • Detail-oriented with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA certification
  • Experience in nonprofit financial management
  • Experience in a supervisory role

Salary: $95,000-110,000
